About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive you will own the full sales cycle—from identifying and engaging VP‑ and C‑level buyers to scoping pilots and closing six to seven figure agreements. You’ll partner directly with the Head of Sales, CEO and product team, shape the go‑to‑market playbook, and be a cornerstone of Vapi’s culture as we scale from founder‑led sales to a repeatable, high‑velocity motion.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a robust inbound and outbound pipeline, consistently exceeding quarterly and annual targets.

  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and pilot scoping sessions that translate Vapi’s technical capabilities into customer value.

  • Navigate complex enterprise buying processes, coordinating legal, security, and commercial reviews to contract signature.

  • Collaborate with product and engineering to craft solution proposals and influence the roadmap with market feedback.

  • Represent Vapi at industry events and act as a trusted advisor to prospects evaluating voice‑AI strategies.

Qualifications

  • 3‑7 years of top‑performing B2B closing experience with direct quota ownership.

  • Proven track record of independently closing $100 k+ deals.

  • Experience selling technical or developer‑focused products; ability to engage credibly with engineering leaders.

  • Competitive, entrepreneurial mindset with the grit required to thrive in an early‑stage startup.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
