The Role:
This is more than a standard Product Growth Lead role. We’re looking for a builder and a thinker, someone who can tackle the challenge of creating and refining sophisticated products while applying a marketer’s mindset to drive adoption and growth. You’ll focus on the nitty-gritty details of crafting exceptional products, while continuously optimizing critical touchpoints—like signup flows, onboarding journeys, and user activation pathways—to maximize growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the vision for growth-focused product initiatives, shaping how users interact with and adopt our tools.
  • Reimagine and improve key product experiences, like signup flows and onboarding, to drive seamless user journeys and measurable growth outcomes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to weave growth principles into product design, ensuring each feature and flow supports acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Analyze user behavior, performance metrics, and feedback to refine and evolve products for maximum impact.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to align product improvements with broader growth strategies.
  • Foster growth and innovation within the product team by mentoring junior product managers and sharing best practices.
  • Stay ahead of trends in growth marketing, product design, and user experience to keep Threecolts ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with demonstrated ability to lead the development of complex, user-centric products.
  • Deep understanding of how to design and optimize user acquisition funnels, onboarding, and engagement flows.
  • A unique ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution of product improvements.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and growth hacking tactics, applying them seamlessly to product design and decision-making.
  • Expertise in analyzing user behavior and performance metrics to inform product optimizations and growth strategies.
  • Proven track record of working across teams to deliver growth-focused product initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • A natural problem-solver who can tackle complex challenges and simplify them into actionable solutions.
