We’re an innovative leader in helping Amazon sellers maximize their FBA reimbursements. As Amazon introduces changes to its FBA reimbursement policies,We are seeking a strategic and creative thinker with in-depth Amazon knowledge to develop and execute a communication and marketing strategy tailored to navigating Amazon's FBA reimbursement policy changes. In this role, you will ensure that our messaging is clear, consistent, and compelling across all channels, driving engagement and conversions
Key Responsibilities :
- Design a strategic roadmap that aligns with Threecolts’ marketing goals, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
- Create and manage messaging that addresses customer concerns, introduces new service categories, and drives engagement across all communication channels.
- Reassure existing customers about our continued value despite Amazon’s policy changes.
- Highlight new service categories and pilot programs through targeted emails, dedicated landing pages, paid media and webinars.
- Develop content for the website/blog, focusing on explaining policy changes, emphasizing our ongoing value, and including CTAs for customer interaction.
- Generate leads by creating urgency around policy changes and offering limited-time incentives for sign-ups.
- Nurture leads through educational content that establishes Threecolts as a trusted authority.
- Drive conversions through personalized demos, free audits, and special offers tailored to potential customers.
- Create content that translates complex policy changes into easily digestible information for Amazon sellers.
- Optimize content for SEO, ensuring high visibility across search engines.
- Coordinate blog posts, email campaigns, and social media updates to reinforce key messages and drive user engagement.
- Performance Metrics & Optimization:
- Define KPIs and success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies.
- Analyze data to refine messaging, improve campaign performance, and enhance overall customer experience.
Experience :
- 6+ years of experience in communications and marketing strategy, ideally within the e-commerce or SaaS industries.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and landing pages.
- Expertise in HubSpot CRM and data hygiene practices to ensure accurate, actionable insights.
- A deep understanding of customer needs, translating complex information into simple, compelling messaging.
- Strong ability to define and track KPIs, using data to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Strong skills in content creation, SEO optimization, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
