Join Threecolts as a Sales Associate where you will be instrumental in driving our growth through expertly navigating the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure. This role requires a deep understanding of our onsite support software to provide tailored demos and an ability to create a robust pipeline of warm customers. Your goal will be to effectively convert leads into satisfied customers, with a target of closing 10 accounts per month.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Product Mastery: Gain thorough expertise in our onsite support software to provide informative and persuasive sales demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of each potential customer.
  • Demo Execution: Conduct demos for leads generated by our SDR team and yourself, ensuring seamless continuity and high conversion rates.
  • Pipeline Development: Actively engage in cold calling and utilize other lead generation methods such as email campaigns and social media posts to build and maintain a pipeline of warm customers.
  • Lead Nurturing and Closure: Manage the full sales cycle, providing timely follow-ups, educational materials, and continuous engagement to nurture leads towards closure.
  • Re-engagement of Old Leads: Implement strategic initiatives to reconnect with dormant leads and reintroduce them to our solutions.
  • Trade Show Engagement: Represent our company at trade shows, effectively engaging with attendees to generate leads, and follow up after the event to convert interest into active opportunities.
  • Performance Targets: Meet or exceed the monthly target of 10 closed accounts, employing a variety of strategies such as cold calls, personalized email campaigns, and social media interactions to drive sales.

Experience :

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Confident in making cold calls and conducting demos
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
  • Familiarity with the e-commerce industry and marketplace platforms like Amazon and Walmart is a plus
