As an early employee, there is massive potential to accelerate your career by taking on the large scope and growing with this business. We’re looking for someone who is energized by building new things, modeling to plan for the future, operating in a scrappy environment, and being a part of a top-notch team.

Demand & Supply Planning

  • Generate and build upon monthly demand forecasting models to maintain a high level of forecast accuracy
  • Organize inventory planning meetings with stakeholders to review variances to the sales forecast
  • Action forecasting strategies for new product launches, market expansions, brand acquisitions, recurring and one-time events, with an understanding of market trends and potential cannibalization
  • Analyze historical data and variance reporting to continuously improve forecast inputs
  • Produce and communicate purchase order quantities based on forecasts, lead times, target days of coverage, and stock position

Project Management & Knowledge Sharing

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand demand drivers, plan long-term inventory positions and working capital requirements
  • Document key processes, strategies, and best practices to share with Brand Management and Supply Chain teams

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor stock levels, identify OOS risk and find opportunities to reduce excess inventory
  • Design and maintain reporting (actuals vs. forecast & forecast vs. forecast) to root cause variances, improve methodologies, and highlight appropriate planning measures
  • Communicate our brands’ inventory health, demand expectations, and purchasing plans to the leadership team

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of inventory planning experience, preferably CPG omnichannel

  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Detail-oriented and with attention to accuracy & precision
  • Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and collaborate in resolving long and short inventory positions
