What You’ll Do:
Join a high-growth start-up as an emerging creative and business-savvy operative who is eager to build skills and help define the future of the Creator economy at one of its leading companies. In this role, you play a crucial part in Spotter’s Creator Funding business by developing and optimizing sales processes and crafting and analyzing reporting for internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Team Support
- Coordinate materials and data for key strategic meetings, including Pipeline Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Assist in managing timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring the successful execution of initiatives led by the Creator team.
- Communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on status, risks, and timelines.
Sales Process and System Operations Management
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), data definitions, and process maps where applicable.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and primary liaison for Salesforce and other enterprise systems for the Creator Team.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Systems team to architect Salesforce operational flows that address business needs.
- Advise in Salesforce operational flows for cross-functional teams, including Content Operations, Analytics, Engineering, and Accounting/Finance.
- Liaise with Product and Engineering teams for channel authentication processes.
- Troubleshoot data flow discrepancies/accuracy and help problem-solve data opportunities.
Reporting
- Develop reporting to measure performance of KPIs and the overall health of the business.
- Bridge knowledge of the business, process flow, and context to data while understanding the technical aspects of all source systems of data (internal and external).
- Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations to the team.
Who You Are:
- 2-3+ years of experience in revenue or business operations roles; experience in the Creator economy preferred
- College degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to adjust communication styles at all organization levels internally
- Strong analytical skills, including high level of comfort with Excel (experience with other analytics tools a plus), and comfort working on data-driven initiatives
- Interest and knowledge Creators, as well as emerging technology and platforms, with a passion to continue learning about this dynamic category and what’s next across the Creator economy, premium video ecosystems, pop culture, and adtech
- Proven ability to multitask and oversee multiple projects and priorities independently, all guided by a detail-oriented and organized mindset
- Creative problem solver and entrepreneurial spirit committed to helping fuel Spotter’s growth with a can-do approach and desire and willingness to roll-up-their-sleeves
- Strong working knowledge of Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets & Google Slides

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in New York. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $60-$75K salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Spotter’s total compensation package for employees.
