We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Graphic Designer with B2B experience to assist our Marketing Team and report to our Graphic Designer. You will be responsible for the management and execution of comprehensive graphic design projects. You possess a solid work ethic, understand design across multiple applications, you are innovative and creative with a gifted eye. You are passionate about design and creating one-of-a-kind experiences. This position is a contract role. The term of the contract will be approximately 3-4 months.

This is a remote position working PST hours.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute creative projects from concept to delivery. Produce high-quality, innovative, and compelling designs across all brand touchpoints
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on various graphic design needs
  • Develop and update campaign creative including original graphics, copy, content websites, social media, newsletters, decks, sales collateral and marketing activations
  • Create conceptual visual ideas and execute them to create solutions within brand guidelines
  • Drive work against defined timelines and facilitate progress
  • Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
  • Refine concepts, images, typography and layouts
  • Participate in cross-functional ideation sessions
  • Research industry trends and bring ideas to meetings and apply relevant knowledge to design work

Who You Are

  • 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience
  • Strong design portfolio highlighting branding, typography and design
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Google Slides, Keynote and PowerPoint
  • Ability to take creative direction and work independently and proactively
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results
  • Excel in a team environment, ability to build and maintain positive relationships through strong collaboration efforts
  • Flexible and adaptable to adjust quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment
  • A can-do attitude and desire to be an active and positive member of a collaborative team
  • B2B design experience
