  • Coordinate shipment logistics with customers and freight providers for both domestic and international deliveries.
  • Communicate proactively with customers to confirm delivery windows, documentation needs, and readiness requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Mission Services, End-of-Line, Manufacturing, and Program Management to align on delivery schedules, resources, and manning.
  • Support physical delivery operations, including participating in load-out days and assisting with equipment handling and staging. (Forklift training provided.)
  • Manage internal scheduling requests to ensure proper staffing and coverage for each delivery event.
  • Track and report on delivery KPIs, with emphasis on on-time handoffs and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or operations support (manufacturing or field service environment preferred).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple concurrent deliveries with precision.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and field teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce experience strongly preferred).
  • Willingness to participate in hands-on logistics operations, including loading and shipment preparation.
  • Forklift experience a plus — training and certification will be provided.
  • Up to 10% travel (domestic and international).
  • U.S. work authorization required.

What You’ll Bring

  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on execution and accountability.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage communication between customers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • A collaborative approach with a willingness to roll up your sleeves to ensure mission success.
