  • Act as the liaison and funnel of tasking between the Technical Media Team, engineering, operations, business development, programs and leadership to ensure expectations are clear and updates are timely.
  • Prepare and deliver concise project status updates and progress reports.
  • Identify and support coordination of scope change, risks and dependencies, track issues, and work with team leads to develop mitigation plans.
  • Maintain awareness of changing priorities or scope adjustments and communicate impacts effectively.
  • Ensure deliverables meet established standards of clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Support review and approval processes for training and media materials.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of project management experience in a creative, media, or technical documentation environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
