About the Role
You’ll be the right-hand to our Co‑Founder/CEO and the person who keeps our San Francisco office running smoothly. This is a high‑impact role combining executive-level support with hands-on office operations. As we grow, you’ll play a key part in shaping our team’s culture and day-to-day experience!
Responsibilities
Manage the Co-Founder/CEO's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prioritize, draft, and manage communications to internal and external stakeholders
Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports
Anticipate needs and proactively support decision-making
Oversee day-to-day office operations: snacks, supplies, vendor coordination, equipment
Organize team and company-wide events, lunches, or gatherings
Maintain an inviting, functional workspace, especially as our team doubles in the next few months
Requirements
Ability to be in our SF Office M-F from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm PT on average
Minimum of 3 + years in a combined Executive Assistant and Office Manager role, ideally in a startup or high growth-stage environment or experience holding both of those roles separately
Even keeled personality, patient and persistent and who has a history of working well with varying groups and levels of people within a company
Excellent calendaring, written communication, and project coordination skillsProficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion, and scheduling tools
Tech‑savvy, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a service-first mindset
As an early-stage company building at the frontier of AI, we work with high intensity and commitment. While schedules can vary by role/team, many weeks will demand extra focus, flexibility and time particularly during major launches and high impact sprints. We're seeking those who are aligned to and able to commit to that expectation which includes 4 days per week in our San Francisco Office.
Compensation Range: $80K - $110K
