The Role: E-Commerce Analyst (6-months Contract)

This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of an evolving Marketplace Strategy and Center of Excellence team within a dynamic E-Commerce aggregator.

As we scale up the team’s capacity to drive our organization's strategic growth across multiple dimensions, we are looking for an E-Commerce Analyst who will support the team in the Amazon Marketplace Business Continuity space, as well as provide administrative support in all other areas where the team requires.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless business operations on Amazon.com by monitoring and rapidly responding to critical situations, maintaining crisis communications, and managing brand integrity across various platforms.
  • Other general administrative duties such as:
  • Conducting first-level e-commerce related research work.
  • Documentation of Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Transcribing information from training videos and notetaking.
  • Assist in the project coordination and implementation of Strategic Initiatives, tracking assigned deliverables to completion

Requirements

  • Amazon FBA experience, especially experience in resolving issues with Amazon Seller Support
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Must be comfortable to work in a startup environment with a high degree of ambiguity
  • Resourceful, able to maintain a positive attitude and focus on task delivery in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially working with formulas on Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
  • High attention to detail and able to prioritise multiple deliverables
  • Fluent in English and possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
  • At least 5 years of relevant admin experience in any industry preferred.
