We’re looking for talented individuals to join our team as we continue to scale and grow as a company as we continue to increase our market share.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our world-class product team and have full ownership over a critical area of our platform. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of a product that enables legal professionals across the country to better serve their clients. We are looking for someone passionate about owning the end-to-end user experience and driving value for a large customer base.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from discovery, design, development, and launch
- Conduct user research to deeply understand customer needs and problems
- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize roadmap based on business goals, customer value, and effort
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and drive execution
- Analyze data to inform product decisions and optimize KPIs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and other teams
- Communicate product vision to internal and external stakeholders
What we’ll expect you to know on day one:
- 3+ years experience in a product management or similar strategic role
- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision making
- Excellent communication skills and ability to tell compelling stories
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment
- Passion for understanding customers and delivering value for users
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt plans based on new learnings
Great to have, but not required:
- Domain experience in legal tech or SaaS products
- Technical knowledge of modern software development practices
- Entrepreneurial experience at a high-growth startup
- Background in design, engineering, or marketing

Salary Range
$90,000 - $130,000
