Collaborating across various teams, you'll be a key player in shaping the functionality and aesthetics of our AI-driven legal platform, offering innovative solutions to complex challenges. This position reports directly to the Head of Product.
What You’ll Do:
Design innovative solutions that exceed the needs and expectations of our user base.
Advocate for a diverse range of stakeholders, including internal teams, firm owners, and end-users.
Collaborate with teams from across the org including Engineering, Legal Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product.
Exhibit ownership and back-up design decisions with data.
Clarify and navigate through ambiguous project goals.
Take into account technical limitations involved in software development.
Craft compelling stories that contextualize design ideas in real-life scenarios.
Actively facilitate and remain open to feedback.
Champion usability and accessibility,
What We Look For:
5+ years in Product Design, UX Design, or Software Engineering.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills.
Proficient in design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma).
Experience with user research and data-driven design.
Excellent communication and ability to collaborate.
Bonus: experience in AI, legal tech, and social impact projects.
