Senior Financial Analyst
The Senior Financial Analyst will report to the Head of Finance and work closely with the CFO, Head of M&A and Controller to support strategic finance, FP&A, M&A initiatives, and daily financial operations. This role is a key contributor to the organization’s financial strategy, analysis, and reporting functions, helping drive informed decision-making across all business areas.
Core Responsibilities:
Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports and dashboards to support executive leadership and operational teams.
Conduct financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, including forecasting, variance analysis, and performance tracking against key metrics.
Develop and maintain detailed financial models, including those for debt compliance, scenario planning, and cash flow forecasting.
Perform ad-hoc sponsor and investor financial analyses to support funding, investment, and transaction-related activities.
Collaboration and Business Partnering:
Build and maintain strong relationships with department heads and executive sponsors to facilitate budget compilation, review, and variance analysis.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to provide insights and recommendations that improve financial performance and resource allocation.
Systems and Process Improvement:
Lead and support the near-term implementation of an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system to enhance financial reporting, forecasting, and analytics capabilities.
Identify and drive opportunities to streamline financial processes, strengthen internal controls, and improve data accuracy and visibility.

To be a good fit for this role, you will have:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration required
Master’s degree in Finance or MBA is preferred
Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, or CFA) are preferred
Experience
4–6 years of progressive experience in FP&A, or corporate finance
Proven track record in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple departments or business units
Experience supporting executive-level reporting and developing presentations for leadership teams and board reviews
Exposure to mid-to-large enterprise environments with cross-functional collaboration between Finance, Accounting, and Operations
Demonstrated ability to improve processes, automate reporting, and implement financial systems or tools
Technical Skills
Workday Financials Skilled in leveraging Workday for financial data extraction, department budget setup and financial reporting
Tableau: Advanced data visualization capabilities to build dashboards and stories around financial and operative metrics
Microsoft Office Suite: Expert-level Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, macros), and strong skills in PowerPoint for executive presentations
AI: Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence tools, demonstrating incorporation into prior workflows to drive efficiency, scalability and accuracy
Power BI (Preferred):Advanced data visualization capabilities to build dashboards and financial performance reports that tell a clear story
Alteryx (Preferred): Proficiency in using Alteryx for data blending, workflow automation, and streamlining financial data processes
