Who we’re looking for
Embark is seeking a motivated and self-driven Marketing Associate to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategies. This person will support end-to-end marketing campaigns, from social media, sales enablement content support, event support, paid media strategy, and everything in between.
To excel in this role, you’ll need to be a self-starter who loves to take ownership and make things happen. You’ll need to be equal parts creative and operational; as well as flexible, organized, a team-player, and above all else: have a positive outlook.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, have excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail oriented, and be willing to take on various tasks and responsibilities. Ideally, this person will have a creative streak, have a passion for content creation, and has a drive to execute excellently.
Responsibilities:
As our Marketing Associate, you'll support a wide variety of high-impact initiatives across the organization. Key responsibilities include:
Sales Enablement
Create and manage content like one-pagers, proposal decks, case studies, pitch presentations, and overview docs
Partner with internal stakeholders to develop collateral that supports sales conversations, recruiting efforts, and client delivery
Ensure internal and external marketing materials are clear, on-brand, and strategically aligned
Project Coordination
Ensure that the Marketing department runs smoothly by adeptly managing administrative tasks
Intake and manage requests through our internal ticketing system
Communicate timelines, gather inputs, and ensure timely delivery of assets across teams
Coordinate closely with our creative team for design, layout, and asset production
Social & Digital Content
Support day-to-day content development across channels — with a focus on LinkedIn and Instagram, but also supporting YouTube, TikTok, and more
Draft captions, design assets, edit video clips, develop creative briefs, and coordinate with stakeholders to publish content
Track and analyze performance metrics (organic + paid), using insights to shape future strategy
Platform Management
Publish content to the website and landing pages via HubSpot
Assist with SEO optimization, tagging, and meta updates
Maintain consistency across our digital presence
Creative & Brand Support
Support the creation of brand assets, including presentation decks, swag/merch designs, print pieces, internal campaign materials, website enhancements, and more
Support build out of templates to use for scaling our design processes
Qualifications:
Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent writing and communication ability
A creative mindset and an eye for what makes content stand out
Experience managing social media or marketing content (professional or personal)
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, and HubSpot
Passion for marketing, eagerness to learn, and a bias toward action
Comfortable with managing multiple projects with shifting priorities
