What you'll be doing as an Advisory Manager:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager-Level Consultant with a strong background in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and foundational accounting knowledge. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on financial strategies, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support informed decision-making and business growth.
To be a good fit for our Advisory Manager role, you will have:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred - Master's degree is a plus
5+ years of experience in Big4/public accounting, consulting, and/or industry, with a strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
Some accounting experience or understanding of accounting principles and standards.
Experience in financial planning and analysis tools, ERP systems, and business intelligence platforms
Advanced Excel skills and some experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
Experience in post-merger integration and financial consolidation is a plus
Proven ability to develop complex financial models and perform detailed financial analysis.
Strong analytical skills to identify cost savings opportunities and operational efficiencies
Experience in developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for various business units
Strong project management skills to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams
Excellent communication skills to effectively relay financial concepts to all stakeholders from staff to executives
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
A drive to forge deep relationships both internally through a variety of culture initiatives and externally through industry-leading hospitality efforts
Keen attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
