Building blocks of our Business Transformation practice
This opportunity comes at an exciting period of growth and development for our finance transformation practice. Our focus is to deliver exceptional hospitality to our clients to correct what is broken within finance departments, refine and improve current systems and data, and finally, help business leaders access/interpret their data so it transforms the business. We accomplish this lift by addressing:
People - Structuring the finance department to optimize output, efficiency and develop talent
Process - Improving finance processes to standardize across a company and remove inefficiencies
Technology - Implementing systems to improve the accuracy and timeliness of information
To be a good fit for our Senior Manager - Business Transformation role you will have:
A Bachelor’s degree - Master’s degree is a plus
CPA and/or MBA preferred
7+ years relevant experience in both business and data management. Our priorities are focused on Accounting, Finance, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science, Management of Information Systems, and related fields
Previous experience in Healthcare M&A, post-merger integration, value-capture, margin expansion and/or performance improvement or business transformation projects in Healthcare M&A context
Strong knowledge in business transformation including strategy, merger integration, operational transformation and performance improvement (value creation)
Strong knowledge of healthcare industry, including practice management and electronic medical records platforms is a plus
Healthcare experience in a major advisory or management consultancy firm is a plus
Program / Integration / Transformation management office planning and readiness
Strong analytical skills for new integration, problem resolution and support

Effective communication skills to deliver complex material effectively in written and oral formats to various audiences
