Constrafor is looking for a motivated Account Executive who will be responsible for driving sales of our rapidly expanding Early Pay Program to contractors. In this role, you will establish and enhance relationships with contractors while also help navigate them through the credit eligibility and application process. This includes establishing contractors’ eligibility for credit, providing the necessary guidance to answer their credit queries, as well as coordinating each application internally and with external partners. From facilitating initial conversations, to developing team wide best practices, you will be an integral member of the sales organization.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business leads, while strengthening existing contractor relationships.
  • Utilize prospecting and research tools to qualify opportunities; prepare for and book pitch meetings with target prospects.
  • Strategize with team members to innovate & improve the overall sales development process.
  • Conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips using enablement technology to connect with new prospects.
  • Guide prospects/clients on required documentation for credit underwriting and approval process.
  • Review contractor credit proposals and coordinate document preparation and closings.
  • Expedite credit applications and ensuring that turnaround time requirements are met.

📈 Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of direct sales experience.
  • Optimistic with a strong urge to win.
  • Ability to prospect and hunt for new business.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, and ability to scale with the organization.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Attention to detail and ability to operate in the weeds without losing sight of the big picture.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, able to take initiatives and thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous context with limited direction or oversight.
  • Exposure to the construction industry is a plus.
  • Experience selling a financial product is a plus.

  • Competitive base salary of $75,000-$85,000.
