Business Development Manager – Vilnius, Lithuania or Remote


The Most Games, a premier QA and Localization house with teams worldwide, is seeking a
Business Development Manager to join our team in Vilnius or work remotely. TMG, along with
our colleagues at GodSpeed Games, provides game publishers and developers with localized
and polished games for global markets. We are a part of Berlin-based service hub in gaming
The Collective Ace, and are looking for someone to help us expand our services and establish
new business opportunities.


Responsibilities:

● Develop new business and maintain strong relationships with clients for The Most
Games & GodSpeed Games
● Expand and leverage your network to identify growth opportunities
● Develop new service lines and strengthen existing ones
● Identify potential collaborations with other companies within The Collective Ace
Group

Qualifications:

● At least 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in the video gaming or
tech industry
● Excellent communication skills in English (written/verbal/presentation), proficiency in
other languages is a plus
● Understanding of the Game Development lifecycle and surrounding services
● Proven track record of building relationships and successfully closing business deals
● Ability to work well independently and with a group in a remote environment
