Job Description
The IT Team at Acquco is responsible for creating efficient systems, processes, and solutions to empower the organization to succeed. IT develops, deploys, operates, and maintains large-scale systems: SaaS, physical, and cloud. Working across a wide range of systems, technologies, and teams, IT plays a critical role in Acquco’s success.
Acquco is seeking a Senior Cloud IT Operations Associate to administer its IT systems and resolve technical issues in a fully remote, global environment. You will be responsible for executing IT SOPs, managing cloud infrastructure, and interfacing between internal and external teams. Additionally, you will work as a part of an international team, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication across different time zones. Responsibilities:
Manage Cloud IT Operations: Oversee all aspects of cloud SaaS and other IT systems for the company, including administration of corporate accounts.
Budgeting, Procurement, and Cost Optimization: Manage the company IT spend, including contract negotiations, payment/purchasing, and cost management.
IT Systems Development: Develop and customize workflows/scripts of IT systems to meet operational needs.
User and System Management: Administer user accounts, system access, and IT security systems with regular audits and updates.
Implement Security Measures: Enforce policies and procedures to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
Troubleshooting and Solution Architecting: Respond to user, management, and executive leadership requests for IT support, including remote troubleshooting and collaborating across divisions on technology projects.
Hardware Management: Organize and manage company hardware assets.
Qualifications
Required:
5+ years of IT experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role, with expertise in Cloud SaaS administration (e.g., Google Workspace).
3+ years of experience in cloud security administration (e.g., user account permission management and cloud key vaults).
A bachelor's degree in any information technology field.
Ability to learn new digital tools quickly.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of IaaS platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Automation and scripting knowledge.
- Experience with Zendesk.

Additional Information
The pay range for this role is $70,000 - $75,000
